As mentioned in our other responses to your review, your feed back is important to us and we apologize that we were not aware of your many reviews posted on our accounts sooner. Through our many phone and email conversations, it was made very clear that all court documents are required to be followed to what is written and signed by the judge, and all confidentiality of our students are to be met at all times to protect all of our students and families in our care. As I recall, you were very grateful that your child's identity was not released immediately, as you and your child's mother were working out many key details in your agreements together. As we worked with your child's mother to provide a safe and loving learning space your child needed for their well-being, we were sad to hear that you and the mother of your child were not on the same terms for your child's childcare needs. Prompt and clear communication with our clients is very important to us, which is why we connected via email immediately after each phone call to ensure all information discussed was clear and both parties understood the conversation correctly. As many phone calls were received from you throughout the day, that moving to a strict email only conversation was best for both parties.
