Most of the staff also appear to have a poor attitude towards the children and do not follow the behavioral plan in place. For example, I noticed the owner yelling at children on multiple occasions as I entered the building. Communication with parents is often poor. The staff changes often and they do not provide notice to parents. My child changed rooms and no one made me aware of this for a few weeks. If you are looking for a nurturing environment then go somewhere else.
