To ensure the safety of the children, we will continue to maintain adequate supervision by following the staff to child ratio. We will also conduct regular safety inspections of all the classrooms to ensure that there are no hazards present. All staff will be trained and reviewed on child safety procedures and emergency protocols. We will ensure open communication between staff and management through daily check-ins so that they can quickly and easily notify each other of any safety concerns. We will follow up written documents if necessary to ensure proper communication between parents and teachers. We released the teachers from the school because safety is our number one priority. We are committed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
