I rarely write reviews for the most part good or bad but in this instance I didn't feel like I had a choice because of our experience. First of all, I think they are nice people as a whole but it became clear early on that if your child didn't fit into their box there would be issues. Early on our child was recommended a 'counselor' because of some behavior issues. Being first time parents we were concerned so we decided to go to the doctor THEY suggested. After three visits he sat us down and told us the problem wasn't with our 4 y/o son but rather his school had unrealistic expectations. Keep in mind this is the doctor they suggested. In fact when we tried to schedule another appointment he told us 'I truly don't think it's necessary'. This was after we paid him to have direct contact with them and give some ideas. He did so, and we had no issues for the whole week that they took his advise. Truth is they are completely understaffed. We paid $1200 for teachers aids to run his class and a certified teacher who floats in and out. If your child requires more of their time eventually they will become an inconvenience to their staffing deficiencies and labeled 'difficult'. Hind sight is 20/20. Looking back I wish we never went there given he was at another similarly priced school for 3 years prior and never had anything remotely close happen. I'm sure some will read this and think I'm just being spiteful. I'm angry and disappointed sure, but more importantly, I don't want another parent to have their child come home asking if they're a bad boy when they are just fine.
