Noncompliance Area: On 10/26/2020, the onsite portion of the renewal inspection was conducted. Staff person #1 began in a child care position at the facility in August 2020 and does not have a National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) Certification. The provider does not have a provisional hire waiver. Staff person #1 should have had all required clearances/verifications under the CPSL prior to her first day in a child care position. Correction Required: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). Facility Person # 1 may not work in a child care position at the facility. A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Facility Person #1 may not work in a child care position at the facility. |
