I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My 3 have been going here since June 2016 and they absolutely love it! She's been amazing and worked with my payments and everything. My kids love her. I'm not sure about the other issues in the bad reviews. Her house is always super clean and if it weren't for her telling about any animals I'd have no idea about them.

We had planned on taking our child to this daycare because it was located directly in our neighborhood, however the owner does not respond to calls and does not greet the door. We talked to the neighbor and found out way more drama than intended. "Judy", as it turns out, holds very odd hours and leaves children alone with a man that she claims to be divorcing and has a volatile relationship with. We also found the daycare owner has a strong history of domestic violence, has had a restraining order placed on her in the past, and is known for loud arguments with the man she is living with. Additionally, she in not the owner of the house and we where informed she has a large collection of animals and her residence is not hygienic. We will not be taking our children here and we recommend talking to the neighbors and looking at Judy Martinez's records on Alaska Court View before making a decision.

I would NOT recommend this day care to ANYONE! My 4 year old was going there for a month and I'm STILL dealing with Judy Martinez's drama. At the orientation Judy was a very nice and caring and seemed very loving towards her kids.
The first day of day care it took them 3 minutes to open the door, after answering she said "next time text me when you're on your way" I'm not going to text you when I'm on my way to drop my child off everyday, Expect me at the same time everyday right?
I had asked her not to give my child naps she said "she could lay down on a mat and do a puzzle, I'm not going to wake her up if she happens to fall asleep" that entire month of my child being there she wouldn't go to sleep at night because Judy was giving her naps against my will.
Upon leaving the day care I requested the extra clothes back and she "couldn't find them" it took her a week to finally just go to the store and buy new clothes which she bought 3 sizes too big!!

Now that taxes are due, I called numerous times and she never answered. Judy REFUSED to give me the information I needed from her to file day care on my taxes, I told her I would report her if she didn't get it to me by the end of the month in which she replied "If you send me one more text message I will report you to the authorities for harassment" I went ahead and did my taxes without her info and told my tax person who it was and he told me he has had so many problems dealing with her.
Long story but I would ABSOLUTELY NOT refer this day care to even the worst parent out there!! Even child care assistance workers have had many complaints about her. She's a nice person at first but she is NOT the Christian lady she presents herself to be!! I'm surprised she's not out of business!!!! Even to this day my child requests not to ever go there again and she's only 4!

I've been taking my daughter to precious memories daycare for the last 5 years ever since my daughter was 2 months old. Mrs. Judy is like family and my daughter loves her so much, most of the times getting my daughter to leave there is impossible. Its nice having the comfortability of going to work and not having to worry about my child, especially now days where you watch on the news of some daycares abusing their kids. My little girl has NEVER complained of Mrs. Judy and her staff if anything there are times she wants to just go over there to hang out outside of daycare hours. This daycare which I call my daughters second home is the only place I recommend to my friends and family because of how caring Mrs. Judy and her staff are along with how sanitary the daycare is no matter what projects they have the kids doing. So anyone who wants a second home for their little ones this is the perfect place.

The daycare center is the owners home, which is in very great shape. The initial interview with Judy was very pleasant. We informed her that we have a foster child that needs daycare and the office of Children's Services will be paying the fees. Judy said that was great and she dealt with them before. So after about a week she really began to complain that she has not received a payment from OCS. Then she demanded that we pay her now or we have to remove the child from her home. It got to the point after a couple of weeks that she kicked our foster child out of her daycare. We paid application fees and fees she claimed ocs would not cover. We had to take the child to a different daycare and then OCS paid her in full. She would not return the money to OCS, even though they requested the returned fees. She really turned from a nice lady to a demanding thief with no morals. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. We now have the child in Teddy Bear Loving Daycare which is 100% better than Precious Memories Daycare.
