| Findings: Licensing Specialist arrived at the child care home around 12:00pm, the provider was coming out of the garage, provider's husband who is an approved substitute was doing yard work, there were 6 children left in the home ( 1- 11 month old; 1-23 month old; 1- 2 yr old; 2 - 4 yr old and 1 - 5 yr old. The older children were at the table eating lunch; the 23 month old and the 2 yr old were in hi-chairs and the 11 month old was down for nap. According to the provider she was taking food to the freezer which is located in the garage, and wasn't gone but a minute. | |||
