Description: The Early Head Start Program is designed to provide early intervention and child development services to eligible pregnant women and children from birth to age three. The program began in 1998 and offers a combination of home-based and center based Early Head Start services to the community. Within the program, there are departments to carry out tasks required to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the children and families served.
