One group leader, (T.D) was observed with a Mountain Dew bottle in a visible pocket, on the outside of her book bag that she carried around with during the observation.

Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. Upon arrival, I observed at total of 63 children in the cafeteria area with two (2) group leaders. One group leader with 5-6 year old school agers, was observed with 16 children near the hallway bathrooms.
