I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The owner and whoever is answering the phone at this business is very unprofessional and makes it very easy to understand why it's hard to patronize African American businesses. I am happy that my grandchild was only subjected to these attitudes for a short amount of time. Someone needs to offer a professionalism class on how to deal with the public. I suggest she opens a business that does not deal with the public at all.
