Description: Harlem PAL is the place where leaders are born. Located in the heart of Harlem, our center provides a safe haven for young people-winter, spring, summer and fall. Not only is the Harlem Center a place where we develop our youth academically but we offer Recreation, Boxing, Arts and Crafts, Step and Dance. We expand on our youths capabilities and empower them to strive for more than their best.
