I had enrolled my son in this facility so i could get a job and start working. It lasted 3 days before ms Hatcher threw him out and labeled him as autistic. It was his first time in daycare ever or around children and away from home so the facility was aware of that but they didn’t take the time to let him adjust. They just called to come get him and said he covers his ears, and throws his cup, and won’t listen. so he is automatically “autistic”. There are no cameras inside that i know of so anything can happen and nobody would know the truth, and they allow nobody inside. I highly recommend not to use this sad facility to take care of a whole child, ever!

My children attended this facility for less than a month. Overall, this is the worst childcare facility that I have ever experienced. The owner, Miss Hatcher, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been refused access to my children at pickup even though I am the custodial parent and she had no documentation otherwise. I had to contact the Eustis police department in order to check out my children. The owner picks and chooses which parents have to follow her so-called "policies". Only some parents are allowed inside, only some parents have to show ID to pick up, and there is no operating phone at the facility, the number provided is for her personal cell phone. Upon numerous instances, I contacted the number to check on my children's wellbeing and was told she was not there and would let me know later. Miss Hatcher was asked to stop providing my children with candy on a daily basis and still continued to do so. This facility does not follow DCF staffing protocol, they are severely understaffed. There have also been allegations of Miss Hatcher pinching children. My oldest son, who is 3, stated that Miss Hatcher was very mean to him. On my youngest son's first day of care, she wanted him to be picked up for crying. She proceeded to text me over the next few days complaining that he was crying, refusing to console him, and asking if he could be picked up. For these reasons and more, my children will no longer attend this sorry excuse of a business. Child welfare comes first. This is nothing less than a cheap babysitter with a lack of curriculum, class, and structure.
