This place is incredibly awful. No benifts what so ever even if you are full time working for 2 years. Poor staff. Horrible management. Only good about this center is some of the kids.
Extremely poor provider and poor work place , no structure or daily routines or plans in place. Gross unclean working conditions ,smelly overflowing trash ,Un-cleaned messes that the staff don’t clean up after children eat or do activities .Poor kid to staff ratio ,they mix in toddlers and preschool kids with older kids that are 7/8 y.o ,always over ratio and unclean conditions sometimes kids aren’t changed or noses are left dirty .Poor management ,overwhelms staff who do try their best and lack of accountability. Needs to be investigated !
Terrible work environment. The employees act like a bunch of gossipy high schoolers. None of them do what they are supposed to and the big important jobs are left on the shoulders of the few good working employees. The boss & her assistant are oblivious to everything and they don’t realize that their employees are the issue. Also, they are rarely there when they need to be. Don’t go here. Only a few of them know how to work with children and they are terrible at cleaning up after the kids. Sometimes they don’t even change the infants’ diapers when they should. Just terrible…
