Pinnacle Kids Academy

This review is solely based on the Classen location with Margaret in charge. This location was being built one block from our home while I was pregnant. It was too good too be true. I was correct. The staff is not friendly especially Margaret, Vanessa and Destiny. I stopped calling and checking in because the phone would "hang up" or they would say "Mom, I was just in their he is great." My son went here for about 6 months. We started to notice little things but let them slide due to the distance and the fact that the facility was just built. We had enough when one a.m. Margaret called me at 6:30 as I was on my way to drop off my son that they would not be able to accept him due to someone calling in. I work for surgeons whom rely on me. This was completely unacceptable. I guarantee Margaret nor Vanessa filled in due to the fact I never saw them in the children area, just the front desk. Margaret would greet you when she wasn't talking to one of the other girls. If she was then you were generally ignored by both. If you were one of the first parents to drop off you would have to go and find someone, even though they saw you come in. I heard one worker tell 2 children they wouldn't get water because they didn't listen to her outside. It wasn't uncommon to find a child screaming in the front office waiting for their parents. The staff parked in the front making parents park on the sides. All in all, my son was rarely their due to us not being the type of parents to utilize daycare unless we had to work which was 2 or 3 days out of the week. If you are wanting to drop your child off and have someone watch them. This is your place. I want more. I would like my child to grow and learn. We choose an older school no where near our home or work that is already better
