This is a beautiful facility and very clean. The staff has always been great but the director of the facility is VERY difficult to work with. She refused to give our child Albuteral treatments and even claimed it was "illegal", at one time, for her to do them. Our son also has an intolerance/allergy to a couple foods, but was fed them on several occasions, some of them without us ever being told! (which we recently found out). When we brought up the food allergy concerns the director did not admit to the food being fed and blamed them on her staff and later told us that food allergies are "hard to work with". Luckily they don't cause severe issues. The director also on several occasions made comments behind our backs to staff about our parent "inabilities" (that staff later shared with us). If you are looking for someone to work with you as a parent, this is not the place. On a greater note, in the last 6 weeks all of our previous teachers have disappeared (9 people in 6 weeks). In the past couple weeks we have dropped our child off with or picked him up from, with new faces nearly everyday.
The single most important payment I make is to someone who I should trust with my kid. Unfortunately, this was not the place. I want to point out that our son's teachers have always been awesome, but it is obvious that the way the business is run is nothing short of disappointing.
I will be honest, not a good daycare for my child. Turnover rate is terrible, very poor communication between the provider and parents. Not to mention there would be a new teacher, we were not told, and didn't even know her name! And they gave my son, who was under 1 year old, peanut butter! Thankfully he was not allergic, because that would have put them out of business for good if he was.
