Supervision was discussed with all staff. Staff are aware that if a child goes into another room, they need to communicate with each other and remain in ratio. Children were addressed as a group about not leaving assigned area without permission to do so. White lines and stop signs were placed on floors to block off areas of exit and remind children to ask permission before leaving group.
