Our handbook states all health assessments must be turned in within 60 days from start date. With that being said some appointments are done shortly after that which happened in both of these cases. In the future I will temporarily suspend the child until the health assessment is turned in.

I was not aware that I needed to Include volunteer information since we do not permit volunteers. Volunteers were added to our emergency plan with the continuity Of operations.

I was doing fire drills on the same date or before of every month without accounting for the months that have 31 days. The alarms were tested 12/6/22 which was within 30 days of previous test.
