Palm harbor creative learning academy is the most disgusting daycare I’ve ever been inside. Because of this kids, teachers and parents are constantly sick. The director can’t follow proper protocol or procedures regarding children’s safety. The playground is covered in bugs that they refuse to pay someone to spray. They don’t keep track of their books properly and constantly over charge or double charge people and instead of refunding they add it to the cost of care. They include elc yet have no fridge and do not provide lunch for the children, their lunches go soiled with no refrigerator. The bathroom is constantly full of pee on the floor, toilets, walls. They can’t properly potty train a child despite working with same child for over a year. The curriculum is low level, children learn nothing but to hit back when they are being abused by other children. My child has come home with unexplainable bruises many time’s and they refused to show me the camera footage. This place cycles through teachers every couple of weeks. The director is completely incompetent and should be reprimanded accordingly.
