I have used this provider for more than 6 months

These guys rock my son has been attending here for almost a year. I love the energy of the staff. I love that are not only teaching him his colors in english also in spanish. The daycare is always clean and smells great. The kids are always happy and bright in the mornings. I love that the teachers encourage the kids to speak in the mornings. I would recommend this with two thumbs up

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This place was HORRIBLE! If I could give it no stars, I would. I should have known when my kid cried like he did every time I left him. He has never done that with any other place or person. I only had my child here for a few months. The owner, Jackie, was the most rude woman I've ever had to deal with at a daycare. And if you look below at the reviews, Jackie was one who left 5 stars, go figure. My child constantly came home with soiled diapers. They never cleaned his face. He came home with fingerprint bruises on his shoulders as if they snatched him up, which I witnessed them do to other children. Of course they denied it. He also had his fingers smashed in the door, I never signed an accident report or got a call. Of course they denied it. The way they yell and speak to the children is so sad. They don't deserve that. The supplies I sent him they used for other kids so I constantly had to bring extra stuff. I provided sunscreen and lotion for the bugs that they never used. He constantly came home with bug bites and sun burn. They also play on concrete instead of grass, which they have on one side of the back. He always had scrapes from the falls. There is a mosquito pit right next to where they play. He had pink eye 3 times in the few months he was there. He also got hand foot and mouth. I understand kids get sick at these places but, not this much. His last day there they treated me like garbage. One of the teachers even pushed me. Then they left the children unattended to come into the parking lot and yell at me. One even came to my car door and opened it up and threatened me. The air is always broken so the poor kids are always sweating. I have some of these instances on video that I can't even post here but DCF has them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many better and cleaner places you can take your children. BEWARE!
