My toddler child began in Aug not potty trained, which the facility was informed and assured me that would not be a problem. They took my registration fees and monthly payments. In Oct, I received notice that my child would not have a spot after the Christmas break b/c he was not potty trained. After speaking with the Pastor's wife, I was informed that maybe I should get a urologist to exam him. Just lazy. I've had several children at many different childcare providers and this was the first encounter I've ever had where they took my money then kicked my kid out. I prefer childcare centers over churches from now on.
The older children are not supervised! The employees gossip with each other or play on their phones. The toddlers lack structure. They run around and fight over toys and watch tv. The smaller toddlers and infants are sent home for runny noses and coughing. You will get multiple phone calls to come pick up your child for ridiculous reasons. I don't know how this place is still open. There was a recent large staffing turnover. I challenge you to ask around and find one of the prior employees. You would not put your child here after speaking with them!
