Our Village Childrens Academy

The director and owner have no business being in this business. Andrea Pizanno is the most unprofessional 'director' i have ever met. She essentially stole $790 and refuses to reimburse us until the owner decided to chime in with no regard to details. He was pissed he had to reimburse us and terminated my child's care right off the bat. I requested a meeting with him and Andrea prior to this shitshow and she refused outright. When everything was said and done, the owner came charging in that i didn't want to communicate properly when i stated that i want all communications with her recorded since she was so unprofessional.

My daughter has been in their care for 1.5 DAYS (yes, days) and she said to just take out my daughter since she was not adjusting well. How does a director not know that an 18 month old won't adjust within a day to a new daycare when she's been home with me her entire life?

This daycare is shitshow from orientation. We kept asking for the application and i had to keep calling over and over again for it because she was starting the following monday. No calls and i had no choice but to come in the facility with my toddler hoping that they'll take her in with no application filled.

When the director and i were having a disagreement with her professionalism, she told me to take out my daughter if i'm unhappy with her. I told her that it's not like my daughter is going to get abused because i'm having a disagreement with her and she told me 'I DON'T KNOW'. I asked her "you don't know if the kids under your care are getting abused and ones again she said 'i don't know'. THE DIRECTOR WAS F****** AROUND WITH MY DAUGHTER'S SAFETY TO GET A KICK OUT OF IT.

I hope that to any parents out there who actually like the comfort of their kids being safe, do not settle for this garbage daycare.

To the daycare facility, please don't hire someone just because they can speak spanish. The director clearly has no credentials or business being in this type of business.
