On 5/2/22 while walking by the preschool an employee of options was angrily screaming at a toddler, clearly very upset. The poor child was just sitting on the step and there was another care giver close by who did nothing. What kind of care is this?? I wish I could tell the parents. I wish I had had my phone with me , I would’ve recorded and posted it. I am disgusted by what I saw and heard. I will take this further and I will report it to the state. Shame on these caregivers! I will increase my walks and have my phone with me. The caregiver had white hair slightly older woman. I hope something is done about this
