I want to make sure this never happens and no family has to go through what my family is being put through do this obviously unqualified so called Education coordinator Vinnia Casuga this woman's has given personal information of the days& times that I drop off of my child knowing to a stranger a person who was not an emergency contact so to a perfect stranger to there Vinnia the so called Education coordinator not only gave this stranger personal information but she allowed photos of legal documents to be taken.This lady's carelessness has jeopardized my child safety she's a well as jeopardized his home. Because of her actions her negligence a battle that I had already finished with it in getting full guardianship of my grandson is now be questioned due to the fact that she gave this information to a stranger...so naturally I made a complaint for it only to be brushed off as not a big deal....naturally I went higher in chain of command Speaking with Hr Director Melissa Takadea where she fully accepted fault assured me that whatever I needed they would provide she had stated that she would write a letter to dcfs the courts who ever she may need too only to be avoided the following day. After making it very clear that I would not be going anywhere until I spoke with Mrs Takada they sent out (Dolores Meade – Deputy Executive Director)who then stated they would not do that it is not a big deal it's just a piece of paper it was just a photo. NO NOT JUST A PIECE OF PAPER PAPERS YOU GET AUDITED FOR, I had told her I was already assured and was told that Mrs Takada had already accepted blame only now for Dolores Meade Deputy Executive of options to again reply and say its just a piece of paper. Ruby Sevilla – Early Head Start Director who also also was very apologetic and who had already accepted fault now only to say we are sorry you are going through this and I’m sorry you don’t have the means to seek legal counsel to maintain your guardianship again we are so sorry this incident occurred and our admin was not properly trained we will now train are staff so this doesn’t happen again thank you for bringing it to our attention is that it. I wouldn't be going through this if you weren't so neglect and properly trained thank you so much for making sure your education coordinator was probably trained thank you for jeopardizing my childs safety and putting him at risk you would think it would be common sense not to give any information to anyone to a stranger at that! I'm more than sure if this was there child it would not be just a paper it would not be just a photo oh it was just a little information when we drop off our children we are trusting you with our child that you will keep them safe not to hear well if they tried to take him we can't stop them we can call the local authorities you do not tell a parent that especially after an incident like this this lady should not only be fired but she should never allowed to work with children again.
