Once Upon A Time

I was wondering why my child would not go to sleep at night, I asked them how long she was sleeping a day and they swore that she lays down at 12 30 and up at 2 so then I got to where I would occasionally show up at 11 a.m. to pick up my child so we could miss the nap but she would already be down for a nap and asleep at 11 am then I started showing up to pick her up between 2 and 2 30 and have caught my child still sleeping at 2 30. come on people that is 3 1/2 hours right there that I know of. I complained to the workers, the owner and the state of NC and nothing changed only the worker named Lisa acted like she had a big ole chip on her shoulder. Needless to say my daughter is in Kindergarten now and every night at 8 she is out like a light and sleeps like a baby all night. The owner tried to tell me to take my child to the dr. but I already knew what the problem was. They did not want to tend to them so why not make them sleep the time away. My kids were never mistreated but they have witnessed other kids being mistreated and it was always the babies that they witnessed, them being screamed at to shut up and grabbing them by one arm. I reported this to the owner but she did nothing. I know of 2 other parents who have taken out their child due to the child telling that they have been spanked by the teacher. I only need my kids to go occasionally so I talked to the owner after she lied to me time after time saying she would call me I finally bugged her until I got her on the phone and asked her If on the days I need my 3 to go after school can they go and she replied yes just call the daycare when you need them to go and so I tell my 3 on a certain day to go to the daycare van and call and tell the daycare to get mine and all of a sudden with no warning they are full and can not pick up my kids. Hollie the owner should have said well I told this lady we will pick up hers so I need to call and warn her that we have become full so that she can make other arrangements. But no I got just thrown to the dogs. That is because the owner does not care. I would never let my kids go back to this daycare. The workers sit around and gossip and believe me they will be talking about you. I have also heard a couple of the workers say black comments as well. Stay clear my kids went here for over 4 years and I know what I am talking about.
