Description: Oakland Heights Elementary is located in Russellville, Arkansas, a community of 25,000. Oakland Heights has a culturally diverse population of 450. We are a K-4 school. Our school is very blessed to have many concerned partners in the community who work with students and teachers on a regular basis. Arkansas Tech football players regularly volunteer in our school to mentor students. Arkansas Tech Education majors spend time in our school learning about teaching and working with students. Our PTO plays an important role in our school by involving parents as volunteers, raising money for school needs, and supporting our students in various programs.
