Type of correction needed: 470 IAC 3-4.7-66 There are 8 black, plastic rails around the mulch that have been damaged and have large cracks with sharp edges. A few more of these rails are starting to come apart and could be hazardous as well. There are wooden planks between the black railings and the chain fence. A couple of these planks are splintered. The planks and the rails are exposing spikes that are anchoring them to the ground. There are large rubber landing mats at the end of the slide. They are set too far out from the slide. The children could trip over them as they run from the slide. |
