The infant room has a teal bookcase that needs anchored to the wall; it too is very wobbly. The toddler playroom has an unlocked cabinet accessible to children that has several bathroom cleaners such as Mr. Clean, disinfectant spray and a bottle of aspirin. The low gray bookcases that holds toys need anchored to the wall. The table that holds the TV needs anchored to the wall. There is a strip of carpet that is fraying.Two large bookcases in the 3's and 4's room need anchored to the wall. In the 5's room there are several bathroom cleaners (all in which say "Keep out of the reach of children" in an unlocked cabinet and they are accessible to children. There is fraying duct tape near the children's cots in the large room where the children nap. There are two unlocked doors to your right as you walk in the large napping room. The doors lead to supply rooms that house the breaker box, church supplies and other materials that are unsafe for children. There is also shelving units in the supply rooms that are not anchored down and could be dangerous if a child were to be in the room. |
