I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I have observed this facility and I’m very disappointed of how FILTHY it is!! I have asked who cleans and was told there is no cleaning service after hours! Some of the class rooms have no proper cleaning tools or disinfecting solutions! You provide a building with children and babies why isn’t this disinfected properly and cleaned daily!? I will be calling the STATE if things don’t get cleaned up ASAP!! Very shocked also that there are no updates and some staff has to many kids compared to help in the rooms! That's against STATE regulations/policies !! Administration needs to step up and get these very important situations FIXED!! ASAP!!

I have visited your site multiple times. There is a mask mandate, there is a Sarah and many other at front desk with no mask on. Sarah was very rude. I feel there is no need for suvch attitude.

About the Provider

Our on-campus state-certified child care center cares for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Kid Kare is a service for all Northwest Healthcare employees and offers care for children on a space-available basis. Contracted, long-term care and drop-in care also are offered. Nutritious meals are provided on-site for all age levels. Kid Kare offers a preschool environment with programs based on Montessori concepts, through which children are encouraged to explore their environment and learn self sufficiency in the day care arena. In addition to day care for young children, Kid Kare offers a Montessori-inspired Individualized Education Center. The school hours are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., with care provided before and after those times. From preschool through kindergarten, IEC provides your child with the perfect set of skills to enter first grade.
