Plan: In one on one meeting with each employee. Topics covered staff must demonstrate prudent decision making for the children in their care and be responsible and aware of danger and risk of non-responsible behavior of the childrens health and safety. Staff had to sign document stating that staff will demonstrate behavior based on both physical safety, inside and outdoors or employment will be terminated.

Substantiated Complaints
Plan: Director had a one on one meeting with each employee. The meeting consisted of licensing requirements for supervision. We went over, function of over seeing , importance of guiding children in a a group and being aware of the children in your care. Responsible for ongoing activities of each child and being near to intervene when needed. Each employee signed a document stating: Be aware of children in your and notify staff if leaving changing rooms. If not complied with your employment will be terminated.
Description: 1.) Supervision: (Serious)- Children engaged in inappropriate behavior due to lack of supervision.
