I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The toddler teacher is not nurturing, the mats are not properly cleaned. The sippy cups are not washed thoroughly as demonstrated by the foul smell and substances floating in the contents. The director does not like for parents to address concerns and always has some kind of excuse. I have personally witnessed a child with a runny nose sitting in a highchair eating lunch and no one wiped his nose the entire time I was there. I do not recommend this child care facility. I had to ask a staff member to wipe the child's nose. It should be investigated and shut down. Needless to say, my child no longer attends this "daycare".
