This child care offers excellent care. The teachers are passionate, kind and love their job. The director and owners are very involved in the business and offer a safe and loving environment.
Im writing this anonymously because I don't want backlash from the owner or director for an honest review- When I first started taking my child here, I was impressed. They had been open for a few months and what they offered exceeded other daycares. Music class, sign language, Spanish class, Bible study, etc. It has slowly gone down hill in the last 2 years. The owner is never there and the director that runs it doesn't do a very good job. Issues only get resolved timely when the owner gets involved. The way they handled the pandemic was extremely poor. They continued to make all parents pay them even if you were essential which went against what the state paperwork they signed to become an essential daycare. They are very manipulative and try to avoid all conflict as much as possible. I don't think its worth taking your children there. There isn't enough consistency between what each teacher does and how the owner perceives the daycare is supposed to be run.
