A First Aid information sheet was not posted in a place for referral and/or the information sheet did not include all the required information. 'There was no first aid information posted at the afterschool program. It was corrected when the school age care specialist, Wayne Winstead, forwarded a copy of the poster to the site director. Ms. Jordan posted it in the gym to correct the violation.'
