New Beginnings Childcare Center

To say the least, I am appalled as to how New Beginnings Child Care staff can per-say respond to a parent as immature. Really like the kettle calling the pot black.. Not only are you immature but as a business owner you have certain standards, guidelines and regulations you should not only go by but are held under. It's unethical and unprofessional as a child care/daycare facility to make reference of a child's name. Not only do you not value yourself but you don't value your business ethics or integrity. This sweet child's mother said "my daughter" she didn't say her child's name. You best to believe that not only will DHR and Attorney will be notified. I for one have witnessed and have called the daycare's owner when my grand-daughter was sent home with another child's clothes on. The owner said it was probably a new employee. I quickly corrected her, this has happened several times prior to me calling. Not only was she sent home with the wrong clothes, but diapers, bottles, and just last week she was sent home with another child's brand new jordan sneakers. New Beginnings are not up to par compared to surrounding daycares. They don't keep a daily summary for the parents to know how the child has done, don't allow diaper bags (supposedly due to covid) and don't allow parents inside..don't have video cameras installed so parents can check on their little ones.. But it's ok for non-employed friends of the staff to come inside daycare to lolly-gag, party and spread their germs on our kids.. But you're worried about your reputation huh...???
