Findings: On November 7, 2019 complaint alleged provider sent a picture if a 19 month olds private part in a text message to show that baby had diaper rash. Provider told LS that the toddler had a severe case of diaper rash when the toddler returned to daycare on Monday morning. Provider told LS that the toddler's rear end was not severely red and broken out when the toddler was at Provider's daycare on Friday. Provider told LS, that the toddler's Mother told the Provider to show the Mother the toddler's diaper rash, prove it. Provider told LS that Provider sent the child's Mother a photo of the child's diaper rash in a text message.
