Licensing Specialist also observed group of 24 children in the cafeteria supervised by only one Aide at the time of inspection. During the inspection, the Director moved substitute to the gym to switch places with one of the aides until additional staff scheduled to arrive later in the afternoon. The correction made was only for the one group in the gym and not in the cafeteria. Facility to submit a written statement of understanding that qualified teachers need to be assigned to each group of children at all times. Facility to also submit a plan to properly staff on days that schools have early closings.
