I have used this service for a long time. My child loved his teacher in the infant room. He was always well looked after and had a smile on his face when I picked him up. My son would get excited when he'd see his teachers there. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and how they love and work with the children. I would suggest this daycare to others.
Not sure how they get 5 stars at all because They are mean to the kids, do not teach them anything. I've watched kids get hit and then be told it was there fault for being in the way when the child is 2 yrs at best I've reported everything I've seen but there are still open, they talk about the parents also to the other parents very unprofessional in my opinion.
Love this daycare they are like my family it's Always so clean looking very friendly staff my baby is truly loved by them all as I love him
This daycare is wonderful most caring and friendly staff and the care provided for my child is excellent
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !!!! They slap & yank the babies arms , they scream at children for not taking a nap , they yell at babies for crying , employees are constantly on their phones and children are always getting hurt ! They are only licensed to have 32 children and have way more then that ! They don't have enough cribs for children to sleep in ! Very unprofessional and the staff members are horrible people ! Babies have their face covered with blankets to make them go to sleep! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !
I have used the center for 1.5 years and couldn't be happier. My girls love the staff and they are very quick to correct any issues I have had. (Which are very minimum) Highly recommend them!
I cant say enough about Nanny's Nursery. I have had both of my children attend the infant and preschool center. The teachers always welcomed me with a smile and helped my children feel at home. One of my children still attend the infant center and he learns so much in their care and socializing with the other children. I would recommend anyone to this center for childcare and preschool.
Everyday I asked how my child was doing. Then just one day out of the nlue I was told he bit someone. He was two we talked to him. It was like over night all of a sudden he was biting and about a week later kicked out. I then sent him to Kindercare and he never bit another child again. He has Autism and remembers everything. He was taking speach and when his language came out he started teliung us how kids where mean and hurt him. I feel ill thiking about what was done to him and he could not tell me.
When you google the owner (Sheryl Westerdale) the first thing to come up is a comment she made wishing someone gets MS and dies. The rest of the results are negative reviews and state violations for her business. Reading the comments from the violations leads me to believe that the staff there have a policy of blaming the children first when an incident occurs, rather than following the guidelines set up by the state for daycare.
