There was a spray bottle of Daily Litter Fragrance Booster found unlocked in a low self in the bathtub of the children's bathroom. This product stated 'keep out of reach of children'. This was corrected during the visit.

Operator did not provide a physically safe and healthy indoor and outdoor environment that meets the developmental needs of the children in care. The metal outdoor climber was too close to a cement wall in the yard. The climber was within 1-2 feet from the cement wall.
