On the swing set, the swing hangers at the top, connecting the chains to the pivot point are severely rusted and flaking, impacting the integrity of the structure. In two of the three swings, the rust has become “bound” preventing the free to and fro motion of the swing, putting more pressure on the horizontal bar which is showing rust behind the connectors. | |||
