I am an employee
I feel so bad for the children that go too this daycare , the staff use whistles at the little children like their dogs to get their attention. There put in in high chairs as a form of punishment if they get up and walk around, they sit for a very long time waiting for a breakfast sometimes over an hour and then if they get up and walk around, the staff members lock them in high chairs to teach him a lesson to break them down. The staff members constantly scream at the kids and yell and threaten them and scream at them all day and they’re kind of rough with them too they jerk the little kids around all day. The owner gives cheap suckers to the children as a form of an award system so when they go home and they have candy in their hands, the children look happy. It’s a manipulation technique. They’re not dogs. You shouldn’t be ordering children with candy. Also the owner Keim she likes to do these silly little events like 50s day hippie day. She dresses the kids up and then they take pictures of the kids like their props or toys if you look at the pictures closely, the children look bewildered and very confused.
You are NOT an employee! You were fired for multiple reasons, but the big one was for leaving a child unattended in the building when you went outside. You never counted your children to make sure you had them all.
Our breakfast is served from 7:45-8:15. The only time the children are waiting for a long time is if they are here before 7:45. At breakfast time when a child arrives their breakfast is called into the cook then the child goes to the bathroom or gets their diaper changed. Their breakfast is waiting at the table for them when they arrive at the table.
You claim the children are handled roughly/jerked around why didn’t you bring this to the attention of the Director or Assistant Director so further actions could be taken?
The center does do fun activities such as 50’s day, Hippie Day, team T-shirt Day, and Tea party. The children enjoyed these activities. We do have pictures of the children, and they are smiling.
As an employer I would not recommend you for a teaching position at a center or any place that children are being taught

I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I brought my 3 year old into this school about 6 months ago. At first it was great. He was learning a lot and he really enjoyed coming. Then about a month ago things changed. He was moved from the 3 year old classroom to the 2 year old classroom and was told something was wrong with him because he got ahold of a crayon that wasn’t put away and he colored on the table, which was cleanable. He’s been mistreated by the owner, not the teachers. To tell a parent that because he doesn’t fit in the “ideal traditional age the child is” he’s the problem. To tell a parent, after 3 months, hey he can’t bring his stuffed animal in because that’s how she stopped the chance of lice or germ sharing but allows one of the 4 year olds to bring her own stuffed animal. That’s a double standard. When there’s an injury with the head most parents go to have it checked out just to make sure they’re gonna be ok. But to have the owner say “hey that’s normal when they get a goose egg”. To tell them “well he’s not doing what he’s supposed to be doing” when he’s 3 and very hyper active yet the other two year olds act JUST LIKE THAT. But my child is the problem one. I would never recommend this school to ANYONE! and to tell people “our negative reviews are unhappy parents and bitter former employees” but almost all those reviews are true and honest.
