Plan: The employee was immediately removed from working with children per our policy and employment was terminated on September 22, 2023. Our Social Services manager is doing evaluations on every room this month to evaluate the classroom social emotional learning structures and provide consultations with each staff member for additional supports, strategies, and targeted specific training. |
