I was a former emplyee for only a month until I got let go by julia due to her telling me one of the teachers told her I said something bad about her. First off, the teachers will gossip in frount of your child. One teacher mentioned to me pointing to a 2 year old that she is a spoiled brat, calling other kids slow, etc. Its a mess i am being brutally honest with you. I am the nicest person and parents actually loved me and trusted me with their children when the "teacher" was telling me everyday how she was excited that the kids are finally leaving so she can get drunk. I never spoke poorly about kids or parents and yet these girls are not fired??! This makes me laugh. Such a shame. The management also has favorite kids. The reason I was fired wasnt fair and I will protect myself because this is cruel and just because julia said shw knows her employees... Shes wrong. I believe they just wanted me out because I never attended the cpr class and everyone needs one. That day all the girls did the class. I knew something was up. Julia also told me she was hiring a new girl. So i am guessing i was fired for the new girl to be placed in.
I was treated unfairly and was too nice when they didn't even deserve it. The girls would talk about julias stress levels ...her poor pay...her crazy schedule that is never organized. Please someone report this daycare. Do not I repeat do not waste your beautiful childs time here. Very unprofessional staff and i have every right to say my side and what I've seen.
ACS! ACS! beware, they make bogus claims to ACS about parents.
