Description: Murwood Keyspot is a California State licensed, non-profit school aged (4.9 years to 18 years of age) before and after school child care center located on the campus of Murwood Elementary School in the Walnut Creek School District.
Keyspot is open Monday - Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. Students must be registered at any elementary school to be eleigible to attend Keyspot. Space is limited. Priority registration is given to Murwood Elementary School families and returning families.
Keyspot offers flexible year round child care. The schedule is based on the Walnut Creek School District Calendar. Rates and Fees are determined by the Murwood Keyspot Board of Directors.
The Keyspot Staff are year-round, full time, adult professionals with a criminial record clearance issued through the Department of Justice and the State of California.
The Keyspot building is located on the school campus, however the program uses many areas of the school. All visitors are required to first check in with the Murwood School office, and then will be directed to the Keyspot Office.
Keyspot offers a recreational based curriculum with an emphisis on social and character development. The Keyspot Staff strive to create an environment that follows the Keyspot Mission Statement and Program Objectives.
