Mrs. Rubina runs a very loving childcare! My daughter has been under her care since she was 6months old and adores her and her family. So lucky to have found her!
She neglected my son. He fell off of a table and hurt his leg. They didn't tell us until we picked him up. We took our son to the emergency room immediately afterwards to treat his injury. They seem to favor the caucasian race. Be weary!
