I am licensed through State of N.C. I been a daycare provider since 2004.I believe that every child is unique and special. My goal is that every child who attends my home daycare leaves with I CAN DO attitude. Activites and learning centers are hands on daily. I am currently enrolled at SPCC to further my education in Early child Care. At this present time Im have a four star license.

Accurate records were not maintained for all staff and children. One child had a Medical Action Plan and yet this was not notated on their application nor the steps to meet the medical need or current medications were not listed on the application. Based on the two documents not having the same information and being dated at the same time it was determined that accurate records were not kept in order to ensure the child's safe treatment in case of a medical emergency. | |||
