My daughter was at Cecily's care for almost a year. I am utmost grateful for her, and the way she take care of my daughter. She, her mom and her entire family are the nicest and warmest folks. They took care of my daughter like a family member. She is great at having a mix of motherly care and a teacher which is what my daughter needed. I had to move her to another daycare because we moved from that area. I highly recommend her.

I am very excited to review this provider since I am always willing to provide feedback on services provided to my family specially to my children
1-Profesionalism : the owners are a family of hardworking people all are well educated
2- Education: they are currently in the process of being rated for the Virginia Star system.The facility has been rated by Army,Navy and Marine Corps as a preferred provider.The group of children is small but sweet they are well behave, the providers goes above and beyond by always interacting with the children
I am writing this review because I am a student at Nvcc and the only provider that open her doors to several of us to do our field observation was the owner of this daycare . As a student / mother I would recomend her daycare because she is learning and improving as she becomes more educated in the field of Early Childhood Education .

my children attended this daycare since 2010 when they first open until June 2014. The daycare owners are very professional, friendly, educated and well mannered . The payment system is set up automatically by all means they are very clear on their fees since there is a contract signed before the children even start to attend the daycare. Although my children are all now in elementary and we moved to Stafford I still keep a very close communication with her and her family. I was very disappointed when I saw the previous rating since they owners are hard working dedicated parents and students. As a mother I was very comfortable with the care, services and payment system the owner/facility provided to me . If you are looking for someone to provide love, care to you and your family you will find it there.

My children went there for almost 7 months. She is not clear with her fees and is disrespectful and talks down to parents.(I can provide written proof) Along with my bad experience, my childs classmates' mother also had a similar experience with this daycare which I found out about after my children were no longer in her care. Although I do not think she mistreated my children, my children are much happier where they are now. They would cry and tantrum before going and now are all smiles and happy when I drop them off at daycare.
