We visited several daycare centers and in-home daycares before our daughter was born. We ultimately ended up picking Anju based on the location, price, fit, and most importantly, recommendations from other families in the neighborhood. Anju's daycare is clean and nicely decorated. It isn't a formal daycare center with written daily reports and webcams. The kids will occasionally watch a cartoon or kids' song on tv, but it has a homey feel that our daughter thrived in. Our daughter has stayed well ahead of all milestones for her age and would often come home singing new songs. Anju also helped her learn colors, numbers, and letters. Our daughter felt loved, cared for, and safe. She thinks of Anju as family and was happy to go see her every morning. Our daughter spent nearly 3 years in her care before transitioning to preschool. We wouldn't hesitate to entrust another child to her care.
