Plan: Director purchased baskets for belongings and shelves where children can put their own belongings. Teachers will ensure that the belongings go in the right cubby or that they know where they are. Teachers are putting socks and shoes on at 3:30p to ensure children are ready to go home.
Description: Program policy-managing children's personnel belongings: Teacher's do not ensure children's items are in assigned cubby and unable to locate lost coats, shoes, or socks.

Plan: Director has placed two consistent full time teachers and two consistent part time teachers in the classroom. All teachers will receive adequate orientation training and have received training during a staff meeting which includes using the attendance to help with and knowing the importance of name and face recognition and learning the parents names.
Description: Supervision-teachers do not know the children’s names or able to identify the children assigned to their group.
