My experience at this daycare has been horrible Mrs Deanna is only in it for the money she do not care about the children at all. She do not treat people with respect and her daughters are horribly lazy and disrespectful they never do anything but leave early everyday. She forces children to take naps when they don’t want to and she do not treat children who have disabilities with care she try’s to cover up anything about her daycare so people will not know the truth to her business. I love the children there so much but the way she treats her workers is not right at all and she is messy and also the other workers in there as well.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

From the start this place seemed so professional, but my baby was only there week and a day before one of her workers almost gave my child to another parent. When I spoke with Deanna and expressed that I’m withdrawing my child she said "are you really taking her out over this small incident?" She showed no remorse or compassion about the situation. She falsely advertise that she ids every parent, but even I noticed she failed to id me or the person who picked my daughter up. I do not recommend this childcare facility.

I’m never one to leave reviews, but when it comes to a child and their well-being I feel I need to review.
I thought this daycare was one of the best, caring, loving and opening daycare. What I thought was a very God filled daycare became an apparent it wasn’t very quick.
I walked in on multiple occasions of an older blonde headed lady, holding kids heads down during nap because they would not nap(Assuming)
Kids were put in high chairs and left. I saw one little girl, maybe 1 or 2 years of age ASLEEP IN A HIGH CHAIR and they obviously wouldn’t lay her day. I pulled my child very quickly after seeing things I saw.
The owner, Deanna is VERY rude and if she doesn’t like you she will judge you and she will give you a dirty look. I know a 2 ex employees that will quickly tell you to stray from that daycare.
If you like your kids not being well taken care of, someone constantly being ugly to them, your child’s face squeezed and you the parents talked about amongst this place then this is the place for you.
I will never suggest or send someone to this daycare. They do not care and need to be shut down.

*You can obviously read for yourself, others have not had the best experience with this either.

This place by far is the best daycare there is. My child has been going here since she was six weeks and the workers here are the best there is. They are the most humble and caring group of women I have ever met and care about your child like they are their own. The center is always so clean and has such a happy feeling when you walk through the doors. Each room is decorated so cute and my child loves it here. She is so excited when she wakes up every morning knowing she is going to daycare. The director Is a God Sent to me and my child. She is the true meaning of a Godly woman. She takes in each child with open arms and loves them unconditionally. She goes above and beyond for her students and parents. She is what a true director looks like. I always know I can come to her about anything. She is an amazing director and I thank God everyday for leading me and my child to this center. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DAYACRE AND DIRECTOR THERE IS!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I'm writing this review as a parent and an ex-employee. My daughter started at this daycare at 8 weeks old. At the time, it was still a small daycare and I could feel God present in the center. We loved the daycare so much that I eventually applied to work there to be a part of something bigger than myself and to work for God's Kingdom. I worked there for almost a year and a half. The longer I was there, the worse things became. It became apparent over time that Deanna started to care more about the checks that the kids brought in each week than the kids themselves. By the time I left (on my own accord) I no longer felt God in that building. Here were some of my biggest issues with the daycare itself: they prop bottles for babies. If you pay even the remotest attention to the news, you understand how dangerous this is. So many babies have died from propped bottles that have caused suffocation and aspiration (inhaling fluid into the lungs). Because the bottles are left in their mouths as they fall asleep, the milk continues to run down their throats. Deanna had instructed everyone who has worked in the nursery to sit the baby in a swing, roll up a blanket, and prop the bottle so that it doesn't have to be held. They are then left in said swing where they fall asleep with the bottle still in their mouth. They also use the highchair as a form of punishment for ALL ages. I have seen Deanna myself force a 4 year old into a highchair. This practice is actually something that lead to my resignation. A child in my daughter's class (thank God not my child herself) was left in a highchair for 4 hours out of the 8 hours that the child was there that day. I'm sure many of you can imagine how you would feel had that been your child. If your child does not sleep more than hour at nap, that is unacceptable in their book and you will receive several complaints from the director herself because of it. My daughter was potty training toward the end of her stay at this daycare and she would normally only nap for an hour. They did not get her up and take her the bathroom immediately like you would expect. They left her to lay on her cot in a wet pull up for a total of 3 hours. She would nap for an hour and then would have to lay there another 2 hours until the rest of the class got up. Furthermore, there are a couple of teachers on the daycare side that are not kind to the children. They do not talk to them in kind words nor are they kind in the way that they handle them. As far as the preschool side of the business, I do think that it is solid. There are some awesome teachers in the preschool and those children are well taken care of. From an employee standpoint, there were some other issues I had. For starters, my hours changed a total of 7 times in the year and a half I was there. Only twice was this at my request. So every few months, my hours changed. There was very little stability in my job. I also changed to a total of 5 different classrooms because Deanna was always moving the classes around to ensure that she could enroll as many children as possible. This moves us to my next issue; the fire code permit for this building is 52 people TOTAL. At any given time, there are a total of 70+ people in this building throughout the day. The danger of this is, is that if there is a fire, there is no guarantee that everyone can evacuate in enough time safely. It also means that there is not enough safe places for everyone to effectively hide if there is a tornado. Some will be left exposed to whatever dangers may tear down the walls. There are far too many children enrolled to insure safety. Furthermore on this, the kitchen was only permitted to make 20-40 lunches a day, but the time I left, our cook was making 60+ by herself daily. Yes, this place is DHR regulated. However, the whole time I worked here, DHR only came out to inspect twice. On both occasions, they did not count children, check ratios (which every room was over) nor check properly themselves that we had everything that we were required to have for the amount of children we had enrolled. The ratios. The last room I worked in was permitted for only 11 children to 1 teacher for my age group. I was the only teacher in my room and I had 14 children to myself. The room next to me was permitted for only 9 children, that teacher had 11. You can check the ratios for Jefferson county yourself online. I did and every room in the building was over ratio for the age groups. Another issue I had, was that instead of talking to people directly that she had issues with, the director would call a meeting to talk about issues with that one employee every staff member present. By doing this, she openly talked about everything this one person had been doing wrong meanwhile no one was sure whether she was talking about them or someone else. We never knew where we stood with her. We didn't know if we were doing a good or a bad job because she didn't pull us aside individually to discuss her grievances. So, we always felt that her problems were with us, when many times they were not.
