Someone walked in and tried to take my one year old, asked for her by name. The teachers didn't say anything until two weeks later, and the cameras weren't even working, so he wasn't caught on video either. Very unhappy with this place!
I've been at Mountain View about 3 months now and I have no complaints. They are very efficient and helpful. My infant never comes home upset and never seems upset to go in for the day. They are a great learning and constructive environment that I would suggest to anyone who wanted to place their child here.
