Our daughter was enrolled at Morrison Heights CDC for three years and our son for one year before we decided withdraw them. During the three years of involvement there, we consistently experienced a spiteful, condescending attitude from many of the staff, including the then-current director. We also observed some of the employees speaking harshly and negatively to our daughter. What eventually forced us to the decision to withdraw our children was the fact that the daycare negligently permitted someone who wasn’t on our approved pick-up list to pick up our children. Though we were thankfully able to retrieve our children from the strangers who had wrongfully picked them up, we determined that, coupled with all of the other unpleasant factors we had encountered, Morrison Heights CDC was no longer a safe place for our children.
